All data, statistics, and information provided on Vehtrixa are derived from public vehicle-safety data published by NHTSA, including Complaints, Recalls, Investigations, Manufacturer Communications, and vehicle metadata. An NHTSA Complaint is a report submitted to NHTSA; it is not a user complaint submitted directly to Vehtrixa.
Vehtrixa does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of the data. The data and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Source corrections, withdrawals, delays, or processing errors may affect results. Vehtrixa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NHTSA, DOT, vehicle manufacturers, dealers, or repair networks.
Section 3. Information for reference only and limitation of liability
The Service and content provided on Vehtrixa are for "informational and reference purposes only." They must not be used as legal evidence, an official vehicle diagnosis, repair instruction, recall prediction, or the sole basis for purchasing, safety, or maintenance decisions. A Signal is a statistical anomaly indicator, not a confirmed defect, safety guarantee, or recall prediction.

Subject to applicable law and official-source terms, you may use the information for personal, non-commercial reference. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or mass reproduction and redistribution of Vehtrixa's aggregated presentation without prior written permission is prohibited. Manufacturer logos, marketing images, and raw source documents are not re-hosted without separate rights approval.

The Website currently does not display advertisements and may use optional third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics 4. If advertising is introduced in the future, the provider's policies and terms will govern its processing and advertising or analytics results.
